BaishiLizi Nature Preserve is located in the north of Kuandian County, it’s 137km from Dandong. There is bushy forests, ancient trees and high mountains in the preserve. The environment is very good here, Overlooking those mountains, you will see many strange stones and crags, giving it the name Baishizi. This preserve belongs the Qianshan branch of Changbai Mountain and it stretches in all directions with the highest peak as the center. There are 18 mountains that are more than 800m high, 8 mountains that are over 1000m high, the highest peak is 1270.5m high, the lowest one is 400m high in the preserve. There are 11 big valleys here, the cliff is 200-600m deep. The highest mountain stands towards southeast side.  Four mountains are headstreams of Nangu River, Beigu River, Pushi River and Niumaowu River respectively, and there is a fountain on the west side of the top of the highest mountain. When the fountian erupts, the water forms a great mountain waterfall.
