2008 Shenyang China International Tourism Festival will kick off next month. Many tourism agencies from Belgium, England, Australia, South Korea, Russia and North Korea will take part in the tourism festival. As one of the most important activities, the show of flower carts become the focus of visitors’ expectation.

There are all together 23 flower carts in the festival. 15 of them are from Shenyang; 4 of them are from other provinces in China and 4 of them are from abroad. Each flower cart has its own features. One of them is named “Golden Shenhe”, which are decorated with golden and silver balls to demonstrate Shenhe District’s center position in NE finance field. Other flower carts are decorated with springs and different kinds of flowers.

Now these flower carriages are in the final preparation. They will be finished by this Friday and will be driven to Shenyang Expo Garden to take part in the opening ceremony of the tourism festival.
