Steven Curtis Chapman is one of the most recognized American contemporary musicians with 5 Grammy Awards and over 50 Dove Awards.  He has performed countless times in venues around the world .  This spring, Steven is coming to China for his first ever China tour, which kicks off in Shenyang on May 3 at 7:00 PM at the Liaoning Grand Theater..

Steven is coming to China because of his compassion for Chinese orphans.  The Chapman family has adopted three Chinese children themselves.  To assist other families through the adoption process and to participate in the development of orphanage care in China, the Chapman’s have created a non-profit foundation, Shao Hannah’s Hope.  This concert is being held to raise funds for the Shao Hannah’s Hope Healing Home Project which is currently under construction in Luoyang, Henan Province.  Working in cooperation with the Chinese Civil Affairs and their “Blue Sky Program” (which has been started to upgrade all of the Government Welfare Institutes in China) this 60,000 sq ft facility is being constructed alongside the new Luoyang Welfare Institute for surgical, dental, long-term care and special medical needs. 

Tickets are available through the Liaoning Grand Theater.  List prices range from RMB170, 270, 370 & 570.  Special “Meet & Greet” tickets are available for RMB1000, providing front row seats, a gift pack, and back stage passes to meet Steven after the concert.
