Organized by Dalian Municipal Government of Liaoning Province, the 4th Dalian Lunar New Year Culture Festival will begin from January 25th to February 3rd at Dalian Xinghai Convention and Exhibition Center. 
 
During the festival, a variety of activities such as lion and dragon dance, drum dance, so-na trumpet and yangko performances will be presented to display the local folk culture of Chinese Lunar New Year. Meanwhile, works of Chinese painting and calligraphy by China's contemporary famous artists as well as exhibitions of the Spring Festival scrolls and special purchases will be displayed successively.
