The United States and China Foundation (USCF) celebrated its 15th anniversary of establishment and the 8th anniversary of opening USCF Shenyang office yesterday at Sheraton hotel Shenyang. More than 300 representatives from local government and enterprises came to extend congratulations.

The United States and China Foundation is a non-profit organization established in the United States in 1992. Its purpose is to facilitate exchanges between the United States and China in areas including politics, economics, finance, law, education, culture, media, science and technology. The Foundation also provides financial support to both Chinese and Americans engaged in research or advanced study in these disciplines.

Dr. Eugene Grace, the senior adviser of USCF, an opthamologist, has committed himself to the academic exchange between China and the United States by giving many lectures on eye disease treatments in Shenyang.
