An airbus model A321 with 43 passengers aboard took off at 6:40pm on May 29 at Dandong airport, flying to Seoul. It marks the official opening of Dandong’s first international air route.

The flight between Dandong and Seoul with a distance of 1200kilometers flies daily with the exclusion of Wednesday and Friday from May 29 until June 30.

Dandong has become a hot place for investing and tourism for neighbouring countries with its abundant natural resources. The new international flight will be benefit to the further opening up of the city.
