After the Sichuan earthquake of 12, May, the cartoonists in Shenyang began to make a cartoon named “Hope” concerning the earthquake. It is the first one which takes the earthquake as the subject in China. Now, this cartoon is in the period of post production.

This cartoon named “Hope” takes the real story of two teachers in the earthquake. Both of these two female teachers scarify themselves to rescue their students, and their stories are quite heart-moving. The cartoonists hope that the audiences would remember these two great teachers and learn from their undaunted spirits.

This cartoon will be 15 minutes long and will be completed soon. The time it is completed, it will be broadcasted both at CCTV and SCTV at the same time.
