Qu Kai, the president of Shenyang North Transportation Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, decided to send a crane rescue team to quake-hit areas where cranes are much needed.

On May 14, consisted by 30 technicians, the crane rescue team drove 10 brand-new cranes to Sichuan. The company provided more than 100000 RMB to the team members for the accommodations and the oil charge. 

Five days later, the rescue team arrived Deyang, a city in Sichun province, then they went to Shifang, Mianzhu and other quake-hit areas where cranes are needed for rescue work. The team members also give the food and water they brought from home to the local citizens who suffered the disaster.
