According to Shenyang Traffic Police department, the traffic-flow of Olympic roads will begin its actual practice to make sure the safety of Olympic transportation.

The actual practice will last from 14:00 to 18:00 on May 26 and consists of two stages: the first stage is the practice of reducing the traffic flow  of Qingnian street from 14：00-16：00; the second stage is the practice of closing down the transportation of South Qingnian street.

In the first stage, the vehicles which have a single last number and the buses which have more than seven seats (except public buses and taxis) are not allowed to drive in the Qingnian Street and the Hunhe Street. No vehicles are allowed to drive in the pavement and non-motor roads before Marriott Shenyang. No vehicles are allowed to drive in the west outermost lane from Wen’an Street to the Second Ring Road, which is only access to foot passengers and non-motor vehicles.

In the second stage, no vehicles are allowed to drive in the South Qiannian Street.

1. No vehicles are allowed to drive in the Qiannian Street. No vehicles are allowed to drive from the direction of the South to the North in the Hunhe Street and Shendan Hignway.

2. Vehicles are allowed to drive from the West to the East in Wencui Road and Kepu Road, allowed to drive from the East to the West in Wenti Road and allowed to drive from the North to the South in Wuai Street.

3. No vehicles are allowed to drive in the crossroads of Wenhua road. No vehicles are allowed to turn left in the direction of the Second Ring Road of the Wuai Street.
